In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of this website and of the Whatplay app.

2. Purpose

This website provides information about Whatplay, a media player for Android, Android TV, iPhone, iPad and Fire TV, and links to the stores where it can be downloaded. Whatplay does not include, sell or link to any channels, movies, series or lists. Use of the app is governed by its Terms of Use, and the processing of data by the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

Whatplay’s texts, design, logo and screenshots belong to the owner or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Mentioning them does not imply any relationship with or endorsement by them.

4. Third-party links

Links to app stores, social networks and other websites take you to third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, but we will promptly remove any link as soon as we become aware that it leads to unlawful content.

5. Liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions, which we will correct as soon as we become aware of them. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the website contrary to the law or to this notice.
