Which formats does it play?

Videos and streams in HLS and DASH, MP4, MKV, AVI and TS, among others. For audio your phone can’t handle on its own (DTS, TrueHD…), Whatplay uses FFmpeg: you’ll find it in Settings › Playback engine, set to Automatic.
