A video has sound but no picture

This usually happens when the video uses a format your phone can’t decode. Try the same channel on another device: if it plays there, try casting it to the TV with Chromecast, since Whatplay converts the format for it. If it doesn’t play anywhere, the problem is with the stream itself.
